Back matter

Service panels

Continues The Echo of the Machine. The three appendices of the 111-page register, built as working instruments rather than plates.

Pages 105–111

Appendices A–C

Three service panels. Same engine, now in the hand.

105–107

Appendix A — the Nibiru mapping. Ten tables plus Daat. Day-face is the classical occupancy of the tree; night-face is the Obsidian card of this imprint.

1 · Keter

Major
0 — The Fool
Minors
Four Aces (seeds of the suits)
Court
None. Crown precedes persona.
Obsidian
The Unlabeled Card — a black field, no pip.

Keter does not act. It permits. The Fool is the spark before the first step; the Aces are will not yet spent.

2 · Chochmah

Major
I — The Magician
Minors
Four Twos
Court
Four Kings (or Knights, depending on deck)
Obsidian
The Split Wand — a staff broken into two equal lengths.

Chochmah is the first stroke. Duality is not conflict yet; it is the opening of space. The Magician points both up and down because the line must run both ways.

3 · Binah

Major
III — The Empress / II — The High Priestess (womb and veil)
Minors
Four Threes
Court
Four Queens
Obsidian
The Black Cube — containment mistaken for a tomb.

Binah gives the first wall. Without her, wisdom dissipates. The cube is not evil; it is the minimum architecture that can hold a world.

4 · Chesed

Major
IV — The Emperor / V — The Hierophant (order as gift)
Minors
Four Fours
Court
Obsidian
The Flooded Court — mercy without banks.

Four rivers of Eden, four corners of the earth. Chesed expands until something else says no. The Fours are stability that can become stagnation.

5 · Gevurah

Major
XI — Strength / VIII — Justice (deck-dependent numbering)
Minors
Four Fives
Court
Obsidian
The Saturnian Hexagon — the cube seen from above.

Gevurah is the pressure that keeps Chesed from dissolving the work. The Fives are conflict as a structural necessity, not a moral failure.

6 · Tiferet

Major
VI — The Lovers / XIX — The Sun
Minors
Four Sixes
Court
Four Princes / Knights of the middle path
Obsidian
The Gilded Abyss — beauty used as a lid.

Tiferet is the solar mean. Every upper force and every lower force must pass through this heart or the tree is two broken ladders.

7 · Netzach

Major
VII — The Chariot / III — The Empress in motion
Minors
Four Sevens
Court
Obsidian
The Unending March — victory that cannot stop.

Netzach is endurance. The Sevens test whether the heart's beauty can survive duration. Venus here is not romance; it is persistence of desire.

8 · Hod

Major
VIII — Adjustment / I — Magician at high frequency
Minors
Four Eights
Court
Obsidian
The Shattered Glyph — intellect without heat.

Hod is mercury and measure. Splendor is not decoration; it is the higher frequency at which form becomes readable as code.

9 · Yesod

Major
XVIII — The Moon / IX — The Hermit
Minors
Four Nines
Court
Obsidian
The Bottleneck — all nine streams forced through one gate.

Yesod is the funnel and the dream-organ. What cannot pass this gate never becomes world. The Nines are completion that has not yet touched ground.

10 · Malchut

Major
XXI — The World / X — Wheel of Fortune
Minors
Four Tens
Court
Four Princesses / Pages (the throne of the kingdom)
Obsidian
The Shells (Qliphoth) — the World with the center removed.

Malchut is the encoded finite. The Tens are the suits spent. Reality sits hard against husk: every kingdom has a rim of what it refused to be.

Daat · Knowledge

Major
Unascribed — the false sephirah
Minors
No pip of its own
Court
The unnamed witness
Obsidian
The Broken Path — the line that looks solid until weight is applied.

Daat is knowledge as crossing, not as a house. Cards that appear here are in transit. If they stay, they become dogma.
